For me first ever big order from BD
I really want a pearlescent coloring....

But i have no clue what color a pink/blue pearlescent would look like :O
Or any to be serious..... So i would love if some of you guys would show me your pearlescant toys?
To help me find that color i'm looking for.

I don't want to send in a ticket, since i wont be buying for a good month......
And i don't know if they have time to answer a simple question.

Thank you, if your able to help me!!

I don't do pink in any form, but I have some pearlescent blue for you.
The coloration on this toy is Infinity Star, you can give that as reference ("I want the pearly blue from Infinity Star with...") to customer support.

Also I have a custom 3-color marble that contains (legacy) Aquamarine, also a pearlescent blue. It's a bit hard to tell apart from the metallic Emerald Green that is also in the marble.

They do always take time to help with custom coloring options though. They even send you some pictures of various premade colors they can do if you ask them about a certain hue or similar.

Keep in mind this is the legacy Aquamarine. They modified the recipe for it recently, adding silver dazzle and potentially also slightly altering some other specifics, so you explicitly have to ask for the recipe that they used in 2017 if you want exactly the same as you can see in that custom 3-color marble.

Thank you so much >w< i think with the blue... a nice pastel pink and blue fade, or just pure pink would look so nice.

Ohhh the blue is a lovely example!
I'm not fussy with exact recipes. so i hope pastel blue or pink will work... i wonder if they will let me show them like a image of another picture? since i did find a picture with a flint that looked like a pink and blue... but i don't want to be like.. yah XD

They won't attempt to copy colors from another photo anymore. They will only do colors or parts of colorations they've already offered in the past, with potential alterations like adding glitter or metallic/pearlescent additives.

    So yah...
I would likely just have to send in a ticket asking for a custom pearlescent color, or multicolored and hope for the best.

They won't just do colors randomly either. At least not semi-randomly. You can always order a surprise me but they will not accept any sorts of notes like "please include this and that color" or "avoid this and that color", it's 100% random. They will ask you to pick specific, named colors for anything else but a surprise me.

You can ask them about some suggestions for colors you could pick from. Ask for them light blues and bright pinks that have some kind of effect additive in them, like pearlescent or metallic. They usually provide photos, either promo pics or photos of actual toys like those you can see in clearance.

I ended up finding the perfect pastel colors that's already in the custom section. So i will just have to ask for pearlscent shimmers i ques s? I was wondering if you know, are you post to send in a ticket before you order? or after you order?

this is still new for me! and i want to make sure i get it right >w<

Definitely ticket before you place the order. Not just to get your idea greenlit before you actually commit yourself, but also to get specific payment instructions for the premium you pay for whatever custom coloration option you choose.

The only circumstances under which I'd only ticket after placing the order would be if I wanted to take advantage of a weekend sale. Customer support doesn't work on weekends so I'd miss out on the sale if I were to ticket first and wait for the response. But yeah, that's about the only situation.

One last thing though -- the color swatches on the website are often somewhat misleading. They sometimes look very different from the actual thing. I'd suggest you ask customer support for adoption/clearance photos of toys in the colors you picked. Those photos are usually taken under such lighting conditions that make the color come very close to what you'd see in person.
