For some reason, I have the weird desire to write humantaurs-at-the-podiatrist stories. Why has no one done that yet?

I've been reading the "Jenny Reads 50 Shades" blog start to finish since I found it a couple weeks ago, and it's kinda mind blowing. I mean, I knew those books were bad, but I'd never read them. Having her go through each chapter and pick the thing apart proves them to be that much worse. Even though it makes me rage, I can't stop reading it. Besides, this is the only way I'll be able to know what's in them.

I just have so many other things going on. Today, I built a frame under my back porch so I can mount doors (which I have to make tomorrow and Monday).

Add work, my family, the chainmaille business... I'm beat most of the time.

I am seriously annoyed that "female photomorph" brings up dozens and dozens of photoshop jobs of humantauria and consentacles and a whole host of thing that fall under the rubric of "body horror" (and why is it "horror"? That stuff is lovely!), but there's no equivalent "male photomorphs." Not one on tumblr. A few show up in Bing, but they're absurdly muscled hypertrophies jock types.

Congratulations! Hopefully this isn't the start of a long and debilitating life in debt to The Man, but it's really good to have financial aid when going to school.
