You drained a bit of excitement and freed the apprehension at the same time. Less excited because those hours suck. Less apprehensive because I realized Ima be all "Fuck that" and do some lifehack job like those I described XD

 

had to watch a 2 hour documentary on the 2004 court case about a school board in Dover Delaware trying to make teachers have to teach intelligent design (aka: creationism) in science classes. the easiest way to sum up their defense when taken to court over the constitutionality of it under the establishment clause of the first amendment is an extreme case of ideological butthurt. also Assyrian art is weird, even in the only known "peaceful" low relief carving there's a severed head hanging from a tree in the rulers garden.

P.S. I would be much happier taking 4 classes instead of 5. 4 classes I can spread the homework out evenly and get it done in a good amount of time. with 5 even with my best efforts things get forgotten and half assed at the last minute. minimum credit requirements suck. hell, college as a whole sucks

I worked wendy's a couple nights a week, to put myself through college. (In Canada that can be feasible) I used every dollar I had for my tuition and starved for a few weeks there. My parents drove me home at night and gave me the money for the buses and a few taxis. I had never penny-pinched so hard. Now, working the closing shift with people I like, singing to myself, and just not giving a fuck about anything, life is pretty manageable. I'm still looking for something I am actually educated for, but I'm okay doing the best I can do right now. But I made it through the worst.

 

You, my friend, have just earned mega respect and brownie points. Glad you made it through such a hard time

 

On the plus side I lost some weight and got nicely skinny for a bit there, there's a photo floating around where I can't believe how different I look lol I'm such a lazy butt, I could get there by eating WELL and EXERCISING too I guess

so my gf / well x now apparently has broken up with me but said nothing to my face directly ... just saw through facebook as she's now not in a relationship and im just in a complicated one with myself -_- plus i found out last night she'd been going on my facebook / phone to see what i had said about the relationship problems as she said we dont trust each other, bearing in mind ive never done anything to betray trust i have been on her facebook 2c when she refused to tell me anything the first time about why she didnt love me. and the 2nd was when she went out for a night and didnt tell me shit about whether she got home or not by 4am so i went on to see if she was staying at a mate or w/e

I only wanted to work 3 days at work whole school was going on. I work 2 days next week :[ but I emailed someone from the collage about info for the volleyball work so hopefully it won't interred with my weekends and I can earn some extra monies :3

Also: My toy reached New Berlin in Wisconsin, so should be arriving soon hopefully before the weekend!

 

Taxi drivers around here are wearing skirts in protest for the imposition of the uniform which has to be either long dark blue jeans or dark blue skirt, non-gender specified XDDDDD
They are literally my heroes. The townhall didn't ask them about the normative (they have to) so this is their protest and it's FUCKING AWESOME!

 

I hate people with more than one job. I can't even get interviewed for ONE, so how the hell can you get two?

I had two jobs for the summer. It was stressful. But now I only work weekends at my main job, and I probably won't make enough to pay bills and have some left over.

I'd say list your skills. Even if it's mopping.

 

I do. I list experience, skills, awards... I even got professional help writing my resume. But no matter what I do I never get called back...

 

I know that feeling. I am the worst at job hunting.

 

Since my fair job just ended, I put in a couple applications, and I hope one lands

I went to Zoar Valley with my boyfriend and his best friend yesterday, that was fun. Then when we all went back to my boyfriends house, I drew the chubbiest little Orca ever, and I wish I had a scanner because it really is the most adorable thing.
