Hello, I am going to be selling most of my toys eventually, but I do not know where to start. I have a couple questions:
    • How would I go about cleaning the toys?
    • Is there a step by step process to how I can sell the toys (via PayPal, etc)?
    • When using PayPal, how do I calculate shipping and add it to the current price?
    • Can I use the original brown boxes the toys came in?
    • Am I going to be able to print the shipping label?
    Thank you

Hi and welcome to the Dragon Hoard! I'm surprised no one has replied here yet.

    1. There are different ways you can clean your toys prior to selling. One is you can boil them for a few minutes, or you can use a 10 parts water to 1 part bleach solution and let them soak for about an hour. The last suggestion is you can wash them in warm water with antibacterial soap. The bleaching and boiling will definitely kill any viruses.
    2. You can list the toys you have for sale here on the forum. Create a posting and provide pictures as proof with a note of your username and date/time. Give a description as to what the toy is and who the manufacturer is (Bad Dragon, Exotic Erotics, Mr Hankey's etc). The condition it is in, firmness, color and the price you are asking. You can use other postings as a benchmark for how you'd like to list yours. Name your title for the item(s) you will be selling. You can select the prefix for the category in the title to help buyers identify what it is quickly. We definitely recommend using PayPal for payment and sending an invoice to the buyer after the price has been agreed upon. If you don't send an invoice or don't know how, instruct your buyer to send the payment as a good and service. This way they are covered in case any issues arise.
    3. You can ask the buyer for their zip code and give them a rough estimate of what shipping will be. You can factor that into the price that you both agree on and the buyer will send you that amount. If you send the buyer an invoice there is a separate area for shipping costs that you can add in. To send an invoice click on Request money from your summary page while logged in. If using a computer it should be on the right side to create an invoice. Fill out the required information, Bill to, Item Description and Shipping cost. Your going to need the buyers email address that they have a PayPal account with in order to send an invoice to them. If they send you money they will need yours. https://www.paypal.com/gp/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-request-payments-or-send-an-invoice-faq2155
    4. There are shipping calculators on the service you will be using to help you with that. USPS, FedEx, UPS etc. USPS flat rate shipping boxes are a preferred service with many sellers.
    5. Plain boxes are preferred, or you can reuse an amazon box etc. The only thing that matters is that it's discrete as to what the contents are inside. Make sure to pack the toy well with paper, bubble wrap etc so it doesn't move around.
    6. You should be able to create shipping labels directly through PayPal for either USPS or UPS. Here is an article that should help - https://www.paypal.com/gp/smarthelp...s-using-paypal-faq3852?app=searchAutoComplete

You can upload pictures directly to the forum, or you can upload them onto Imgur which is a separate photo hosting site that you can link to in your posting. Finally, have a look through the forum rules regarding selling. There is some useful information to get started. If you have any other questions let me know. Here is a link to the selling rules - https://dragon-hoard.com/threads/rules-please-read-updated.4198/

    Thank you
