    Hm maybe ill look at noom, but I think my weight issues are due to hormone issues

    True i have high blood pressure :/ and have to take meds for it my weight has gone up and down...

    For an update i have gone up to 245 I dont even wanna talk about how it felt ...now it's at 233.0 so that's better...
    I'm stuck at home with everyone i think im gonna just stay out of the kitchen....at least im still doing my workout DVDs ...
    Unforutely I stress eat

    My dog died....and i feel so alone inside she really understood me...sometimes it makes wonder why i am still here...but id like to get this back on track...

    Well genetics suck....i had a bad fall a while back and it turns out ive torn my left knee tendons and muscles in half...but that isn't all i have severe arthritis in both of my knees like the bones are rubbing together...and i have to have surgery to fix it and then I have plantar facitis and tendonitis yay.... :/ thats why exercise is hurting more these days

    Plantar Fasciitis is horrible, but it will go away eventually. Sorry to hear about your other health problems.

    Losing weight is really hard, that's why we all struggle with it. I read that for Weight Watchers users, only 30% of members can maintain their weight loss. But for people without any coaching, only like 10% can keep the weight off. That's why I suggest trying to get some outside help. They have probably seen it all, and they will be able to guide you.

    Thank you i have started to write down a food diary and writing down my walks and exercises. I have gotten better about not stress eating. I am getting better at this
