I wish I could enjoy exercise. It's so boring going on my own, though. I live right smack dab in the middle of a shitton of corn fields. Go for a walk? Enjoy some fuckin' corn. Go for a run or bike ride? Enjoy some more fuckin' corn. WANNA DRIVE AROUND AND ENJOY THE SCENERY? ENJOY SOME FUCKIN' CORN.

One thing I hate about living in Wisconsin. If you don't live in the rural part, you are surrounded by gross farm land. :I If I lived in town I could look at pretty buildings while out exercising. That, and I like to do exercise and workouts WITH someone? Yet no one around here is really into that sorta thing lmfao.

God I just wanna move somewhere nice and warm and meet rad people who will go for runs with me and enjoy scenery. That and so I don't have to live through the gross, harsh winters. BI

 

I was about to say 'Move to Canada, we have some rad peeps up here and scenery that cant be beat!' but then I remembered that we have like the grossest, harshestest winters... oh well, we're still pretty cool x3

 

@Bryn, I can only imagine how bad winters are up in Canadaland. I thought they sucked here where lows can occasionally drop into the teens, but eh...

 

It's really only bad if you're not used to it. If you are born in it, moulded by it, it doesn't seem as bad. I sleep with a window open in my bedroom well into winter, lol.

 

I would move there if I secured a job and had a place to crash. I would love to be closer to you and Exeter

 

I'd be down for visiting Canada, always wanted to but never had the means/funds to do so

 

Just move down here. At least it won't be as cold. Besides, Lake Wisconsin has the BEST scenery.

 

Always room for one more in Florida. Y'know, if you can survive being set on fire by the sun or drowning in the rain.

And I think I could survive fairly well in Florida. On my trip there, I barely had a drop of sweat the entire time. I am seriously a lizard who absorbs heat. Teeny lizard. ; ;

On the topic of moving...
I'd literally move anywhere, if only I had a means of securing the job and a place to live. Be it Canada, be it Florida, be it even other city in Poland than where I live (less preferable option lol). The point is, I wouldn't even have the funds to travel if I found the job. So I guess I'm stuck here now.

 

What kind of work do you do?

 

Right now? I'm on a suckish paid internship, as an archivist. I'm paid 850 PLN (~260$) for that... It's not a job that requires much, I would even say it's pretty good - stable working days and hours, and it's in a bureau. But still, the wage right now is... Just ugh. And I seem to have very bad luck when it comes to job hunting, because they never call me back. Furthest I've been is a talk with the boss of the company I applied for. This might be due to lack of education and experience though.

 

I thought you guys had the euro?

 

Had it in plans, yes. But after all we don't. I think it was because of many people opposing against it, and changing the currency would be happening at the same time as, say, crisis in Greece. (I'm not 100% sure on that though) But Euro is accepted here too.

made some muddy buddies, basically chex cereal with melted chocolate and peanut butter stirred in and then tossed in powdered sugar so they aren't sticky and don't clump together too much. so fucking tasty

 

In Home Ec they called it puppy chow, no idea why since the chocolate would totally make a dog sick
