This respectable lady removed me as a friend on her Facebook after her and I had a short talk about why I disagree with a certain movement.

Shame. Her and I really had a good friendship. Its too bad this ended that.

Damn Scalie, there's a big ass storm front in Arizona, I hope that thing isn't headed your way! That thing covers a lot of area, nearly a third of the state. Better baton down the hatches, just encase!

luckily I live on a hill up in the mountains, so no matter how much rain we get I'm fine, phoenix however is built in a desert valley with horrible drainage and soil saturation so they're likely to have some more massive flooding. I did get a call from the city saying the weather service is issuing a severe storm warning with a possibility of tornadoes although tornadoes here are extremely rare, even with climate change we've only had 2 or 3 in the last 10 years and only one of those was in a somewhat populated area.

 

Yeah, I know all about that lack of soil saturation in the desert, may as well be raining on a parking lot. Nowhere for the water to go but the lowest areas, turning them to lakes. You learn real quick what a flash flood can do.

 

okay, I really don't understand trypophobia because it's a fear of holes and small holes but 90% of the images to show an example of what triggers it are usually pictures of really nasty skin conditions and shit that make just about anybody squirm, fear of small holes or not

Seriously though, it's just wind and rain. All the houses here are built to withstand this stuff, so as long as someone else's house doesn't land on yours you'll be fine -3-

I've got that phobia. Pictures where they've photoshopped lotus seed pods onto skin are the worst. It makes my scalp/skin on my back itch uncontrollably and it feels like my skin is crawling.

 

Ufh I hate arguments that could have Been avoided but silly me I thought my relationship was equal in terms of support...
