It was my fault really XD sorry, but in my defense it's only natural in the state of current events that my mind be in a defensive state with them.

 

They are being too defensive. I just feel like they haven't learnt anything from the past.

Did anyone read how they answered my question? Entirely avoided my point of how they will fix this and claim that the people complaining never went through the ticket system and so they didn't know about those issues. I think that's an outright lie because people posted the conversations they had screencapped via the ticket system!

Tldr they're feigning innocence stating they had no clue about the issues with quality on their products because people are not ticketing them, which is a lie
I think i'm done with BD as a store and possibly as a forum a well.

I think i'm gonna migrate over here basically for good. This place is getting going, has all the stuff the other forum had except better and here I don't have to put up with BS bd staff.

At first I was really fairly pleased with the announcement, but now it's devolving back into their victim blaming bullshit and I'm ready to pack up my bags and leave. I'm just sorry I'll lose the history
