15 hour shift today after getting to town late and getting 4.5 hours of sleep. Too bad the beds here suck.

Oilfield construction and maintenance. I'm at the bottom of the totem pole, a lowly swamper. I spend a lot of time with wrenches in my hands.

well I trimmed my beard and somehow a beard hair actually got stuck in my hand like a splinter... 0_0 dafuq? don't touch the scalie beard! it bites! lol

 

My best friend is a barber, and this happens all the time to him. Once you remove that errant hair, make sure to clean the area well with alcohol! Because they can leave a painful yet small infection.

 

Can someone bring me a coffee? I don't want to leave my bed...
