You haven't got much time to do anything that makes you happy lately. Make some time for you boyfriend, do something you love or invest some time in something you've wanted to try! It happened. Today, I finally became an adult: of my own free will, I ordered a dish with mushrooms. And I liked it.

*hangs head in shame*

On a side note it was completely free to have it delivered to a local shop instead of my house. Which is cool.

I like Sauteed, or on a pizza.

 

It was a kinkos there are 3 more it my area but that one was the closest to my house and the closest one I could find on google maps. The closest one to my job was somewhere in the middle of an intersection hiding underground or something. I couldn't find it but it would have been way more convenient.

Fresh on a salad or sauteed or fried in ghee in a pasta sauce in a burger, on a pizza, or just raw. Portobello, button, shiitake all the mushrooms please.

 

My favorite are Morel mushrooms, very ugly but oh so good!
