    hate to say it, but that's kind of how most of the working world works. you may bust your ass every day and do more work than anyone but there'll be some asshole getting paid way more than you to not even work

    Bad mood takes energy, so there's less energy to inhibit the urge to get stuff. Also, new things can be happy making. It's a coping strategy. Results may vary.
