ever tried Team Fortress 2? lots of different objective based game modes and there are plenty of custom servers on PC where you can play some really wacky and off the wall game types

 

Maybe this question has been asked already, but does anybody here have a vita? Lately it's been hard to get any long periods of free time to set up and play on my PC or PS3, so I've been using my Vita a lot more than usual, and I'm really growing more in love with it. I mean, I already loved it for Persona 4, but it was a persona 4 machine for the longest while, lol. Now that I'm playing other things more as well, I'm really digging the system as a whole much more. So yo, any other vita people out there?

 

I've also wanted a ps vita but there is the original vita and the slim vita with the lcd display I think.
Sadly the cool coloured versions of it weren't released out of Japan I believe. I really wanted the lime version of it but I don't know if they are region locked.

 

So yeah, Majora's Mask is being remade for the Nintendo 3DS. I don't even know how to react. It's my all time favourite game and I even got plans on getting a MM-tattoo. The zipper on my pants is not strong enough to hold back my excitement.

 

What seriously!? No joke!? Gamergasm!!!

Same, same. I have to buy a 3DS for it but hey, worth it.

 

3DS's are fun and well worth the money I think using the street pass function is fun to. Although the games are limited sometimes, the ones that do come out are awesome.

 

Yeah, I'll probably end up buying a few other games as well. Been a while since I had a Nintendo handheld.

 

I have about 70 hours played in TF2, I just couldn't really get into it.

 

Try Garry's Mod maybe? I mean, it's not a shooter per se (it's actually sandbox but it has many shooter-like gamemodes) but it's really fun. It took a good chunk out of my life (namely 632 hours, but it has been spread over a few years)
Other fun shooter games I know...
Teleglitch : Die More Edition (top-down pixel-art graphics, and high level of difficulty not really met in shooters nowadays, but it's really fun somehow)
Payday : The Heist
Warframe
Black Mesa (from what I know it's free Half-Life 1 remake on Source)
Left 4 Dead 1/2 (go for 2 I own it )

 

I play GMod occasionally, but I get bored with it quickly.
Not really into pixel-art games.
I like watching people play Payday more than playing it myself.
I've done Warframe to death lol.
Black Mesa didn't really interest me.
I have L4D2, but never got around to playing it.

From what I could find, yes, they were only released in Japan, but the system itself is not region locked. It's only locked by the PS account that you use. Like for me, since I have a canadian ps account, I could play play all the digital games in the canadian store on my import. All physical games should work too.

@Brynjhulf so I can get the cute lime green one and can still use it. Hmmm maybe I should treat myself seeing as my birthday is this month.

I haven't managed to purchase that yet although I played the demo as soon as it was released. Wondering whether I should wait for the wii-u version of the game to come out.

 

I'll be getting a Wii in a couple weeks. Does the Nintendo marketplace use actual currency or points? And does it come with a built in wireless adapter, or would I have to purchase one? Or does it even have that option?

I really don't want to run a cable from my router all the way to my room on the other side of the house.

 

Oh for reals? It's my birthday is this month too :3 and I think that would be an appropriate reason to get one x3 I would do some research yourself, just to make sure though.
