For some reason seems like another fantasy toy scam site to me like so many others that have been popping up and closing down on the Internet as soon as they took everyone's preorder money.

 

I am an artist who also takes art commissions on the internet and has fulfilled them in a timely fashion, and this will be no exception. It's alright though! I understand the concern people might have with that, especially with that other company that did what you speak of. Toys will be out soon and we'll have real orders up so you may see for yourself.

 

Same here hence why I'm just going to keep an eye one it rather than say "I wanna see what else they make". Even if they do end up being legit I won't be able to order anything nsfw till late summer next year so it doesn't matter to me.

That's one thing I've notice since getting into these fantasy toys... Not meaning to take away anything from other fantasy toy makers, but BDs website looks and functions (for the most part) MUCH superior to anyone else in the business. Which really does help in a business that can be viewed as a little sketchy, especially when a customer is first getting into it.

 

Agreed, I was very confused with FB and EE when I first ordered from them (though I find EE ordering style very nice once you learn it, I still don't care for FB ordering style). But BD I caught onto instantly.

 

It's pretty much entirely due to the cost of running a business. Starting out, everyone is on a shoestring budget unless they have a decent sum of venture capital. Unfortunately, the free or low-cost options for storefronts are either not very robust, or require at the very least a rudimentary understanding of coding of one sort or another. Combine that with the amount of time that it takes to build a website and that could be spent towards making product or communicating with potential customers. It's a delicate balancing act, and at some point one or more facets suffer at the expense of boosting another.

 

I would not mind the polar bear one, cause from what I heard zeta paws have year + wait times and poor communication. (as I want ZP's bear one but..yeah lol)
