I would love a 3d printer for model making and even jewellery design.
There is a nice sand based on that makes super sturdy models in colour to.

I find that when women (usually my age or younger) contact me say on a website, they don't know why, they don't know what they are looking for, and they feel like playing games. Wouldn't life be much easier if you simply asked for what you wanted? I'm not such a cruel person that I would toy with you. XD

Just had a fun dealing with my internet services and got an upgrade that'll be cheaper than what I'm paying.

Wish I could have morning horniness then my toys will get a better work out than they do now. Poor babies haven't had fun times in a few months now.
Maybe the new year will bring a change to that I'll even except the change on Chinese new year to.

I was invited by a friend to a New Year's party. Her persuasive argument: "You NNEEEEEDDDD it".

It would be my first one ever. I am stoked. Wondering what I want to wear.....

I'm not at all well-versed in 3D printers but I was totally disillusioned by extrusion-based printers and the results they turn out when I first saw them. The concept seems so flawed in so many ways and doesn't live up to the hype and potential of 3D printing.

I love the idea of powder-based printers that fuse the dry material with a laser (and which can easily reuse excess unfused powder). I take it that's the high-end industrial method that costs far more than any consumer can afford though... sounds like resin-based is a good and (more) affordable alternative?

Personally I'm still just wishing for a decently affordable pro inkjet printer for art prints where the consumables don't cost an additional 1/4 to 1/2 the original cost of the unit... 3D printing is still a far-off pipe dream for me at the moment. ;)

laser sintering is pretty sweet since you can use it for plastic or metal, though the metal parts it produces aren't as strong as traditionally made pieces (ie: casting, milling, turning, etc.) resin printers work by dipping the work surface into a reservoir of UV hardening plastic resin and then uses a laser to build it up layer by layer, if done correctly you can get each and every layer to bond to the one directly below and above it. resin printers also don't usually leave behind tiny striations like thermal extrusion printers. I would love to have a laser sintering printer but they are extremely expensive and buying large amounts of metal dust can be pricey

ever wondered what the surface of venus looks like?

you would not want to be there, although sulfuric acid rain is nothing compared to the molten glass rain on HD 189733b or molten iron rain on OGLE-TR-56b (hypothesized based on atmospheric qualities)

Of course, that's assuming you could survive the crushing atmosphere long enough to suffer the acid rain. Sounds like a crappy vacation spot all around.
