Yeah after the BD exile of the forums I didn't post anything in the labs. Completely forgot about the other designs I posted.
Hope you get refunded for the dodgey bottles though.

Has anyone else seen the new toy? It's a bit too long to me. Although I could work a medium lmao.

Otherwise, I still have plans to get FB's Mechanical Animal 2.0 based off Foxy the Pirate :3

 

every time I see grown adults on the news fail to grasp basic concepts when someone from the local children's science museum shows them a demonstration meant for 4 year olds I die a little inside
reporter: "so what is liquid nitrogen?"
science: "it's pure elemental hydrogen cooled down to the point that it becomes a liquid"
reporter: "um... what's an element? I thought that was wind water fire and that stuff?"

I need some hilarity to get over the fact that I feel sickly and crappy.

 

To be fair, I think often they deliberately adopt an ignorant stance and ask these questions to act as a stand-in or representative for the general population/audience who may ask these questions themselves, and/or as a means of prompting the guest speaker/interviewee to cover subjects that ought to be mentioned during the show (some just say "could you describe for the viewers at home...?", but maybe others try to get "creative" or humorous with it). That particular question seems a bit silly of a stretch (maybe for the benefit of children watching the demo?), but even with everyday adult-oriented news on TV and radio I hear what sounds like completely asinine, obvious or even insensitive-sounding questions from reporters who clearly know the answer to what they're asking--they just need to cover their checklist. I used to mock them until someone pointed out to me that it's part of the reporter's role. Now I just find it irritating and tedious.

 

So I have experimented. It involved lasers, camera with long exposure setting (5 seconds I think) and my breath to make the beam visible.
(Okay, okay, it was a teeny weeny laser pointer >.< But "lasers" sounds more epic than "laser pointer" ^^)
It turned out quite... interesting And this is without any touch of Photoshop. If I had more steady hand, or a little better camera that would allow for more advanced tinkering with exposure values and times it would be better.

Also tomorrow I'll have the house to myself only... So if the temperature will keep with current trend and rise, I might even put the Gryphon to some use

 

I got my FB's mecha animal 2.0 the other day and visually he looks nice although I have yet to use him yet.

As for the new BD you I think he is a little plain compared to their other toys. They could have added more details to be visually appealing I think.

 

Indeed indeed. So like my crush says I was creeping due to the fact I liked a status of his from 2014 in January. Like he used to think me liking his old pictures was cute...k then. He confuses me every time I talk to him. So many damn mixed signals....

 

Why does my local furry group have to be full of such bigoted assholes?
They contridict themselves all the time and have something nasty to say about everyone. I'm sick of their attitude...I hate to say it but I can't even bring myself to go to the meets anymore :c

Sorry to hear it. I'm just glad that the club I sometimes go to is tolerant to everyone, until a person acts like a fool and starts breaking rules, or trying to tear the place apart. But seeing as it's a goth/fetish club, that's to be expected.
