I remember my roommates found a customs declaration I had lying around after an order of mine… The dicks are just listed as general goods, but lubricant has its own specific title I guess. They asked me why I was ordering such an expensive amount of lubricant… had to think fast and came up with saying it was specialty cleaner for computer parts that must have been classified as lubricant. I'm sorta glad they didn't ask me to show it to them...

 

Is it just me or is Everyone becoming poly now days?

 

Lets hope they don't ask to use it on their computer, could make for a sticky situation, in more ways than one!

 

I blame social media

 

It's certainly becoming more common… people just aren't holding onto a bunch of old traditional views of love/relationships/sex anymore.
That being said, it may just seem that "everyone" is becoming poly because the people you associate with (e.g. This Forum) clearly have at least some not so traditional views on these things, and don't exactly represent the population very accurately. (Not that I know who else you associate with).

 

Why date one when you can date two for twice the effort?

I fear the day monogamous people go "extinct" xDDDD I will be like "daaaamn, I literally can't date anyone". After two days of trauma I'll realize, I can finally date my bed ^-^

and twice the drama when it blows up in your face if one or more of the people play favorites or are jealous. one of my friends tried to be in a poly relationship, it worked for a few weeks and then the whole thing blew up because the other two decided they wanted to go monogamous with each other and kicked him out

Yeah. It's just easier on me to stick with one person. I don't cheat either. I would rather try to work things out rather than go behind their back to find my satisfaction. If they don't want to work it out then there isn't much else to do...

 

Oh, I wasn't really meaning to say "everyone on the forum is poly" but rather that there is quite a few people here that are… Taking a survey among the forum as to who is mono/poly compared to asking random people would likely end up with the forum having a much higher rate of people being poly.

 

I'll never know why people want to imitate a plastic figure from the 90s.
