Legion was my favorite personally, with Garrus as a close second.

 

Garrus was always on my team. Last playthrough was Garrus and Kaiden, so I could get them back together for ME3 :3

 

Garrus and wrex where the only ones I wanted to bone.

Then you need to play Mass Effect immediately! Beginning with part one of course :3 (fun thing... I actually started my ME adventure with 2, and bought 1 just because I wanted to know who the hell is Wrex they keep mentioning xD In ME2's default save he is dead.)
