I've been a temp at my dream proofreading job for four years and two months now and I'm the only temp left at my job out of 15 who used to work here and got laid off, so I finally bluffed that I was quitting and THEY'RE MAKING ME A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE!! Paid holidays and sick days and they'll even keep me on even knowing I'm gonna be recovering from surgery in June for a month AND I DIDN'T HONESTLY THINK I'D EVER GET HERE BUT AAAAA 83

I'm going to go ahead and stop saying when I've lost my job, until I get a more stable and reliable job and lose that one. Because I worked for 5 hours today and I'll get at least 2 or 3 more in tomorrow but after that I have no idea because my boss hasn't resolved his permit yet, and likely won't for another week. I should probably just get a different job at some point.

@Jazzi the Pegasus Ooooh WHAT KIND OF HARNESS? I really want to get a harness, but I have a ton of bad luck with getting cheap things and them breaking... And all the really amazing harnesses are insanely expensive. ; ; I can't win.

Also I know the feels of that, Flapper. When I worked at GameStop, my manager was kind of a douche. I didn't get a ton of hours for working (3-5 hours a week) and he was a total creep. I thought about finding another job while working there, but between nearly traveling to Denmark and just the hassle of trying to find another job in that city was just ugh. :c But now that I'm free of that job, I am on the hunt for another! I'm REALLY hoping for a job near the Twin Cities, but Odin knows if anyone would hire me because I live so far out. :<
