I'm having a problem with a friend. It seems that lately, they're jumping in to help me with things that I didn't actually want help with. They're able to put more and faster effort into it than me, so I end up feeling kind of useless. They're not doing it on purpose, and I don't want to be a grouch and say "I don't need your help" or "I can do it myself", but I get super put out because they help before asking if I want them to.

What should I do?
