It's nearly 1AM, I have work a 8, and I'm still awake because I forgot to fill out my review crap for work. Uuuuuugh, it's not going to be a fun day.

 

I'd be surprised if there were very many people who haven't come across it before, its been regurgitated by pretentious pseudo-intellectuals for 20 years now.

Why's it so dead here?!

 

Just about everyone is American and they're mostly asleep. But I'm awake, bored and won't to talk about almost anything!

 

And some are on spring break. I'm not but I work where all the spring breaking families like to come.

I should be working on my white paper, but I'm indulging my recently found love of drum-based music. Although I'm aching from yesterday, I'm feeling all tingly and energetic....This is unusual for me.

 

I want to finish my late paper, but also want t play league and maybe draw later.

 

I'm going to go get a haircut for the first time in my life.

 

I'm about to walk downtown and pick up Watch Dogs from the game shop, and anything else that catches my eye. I've been bored, and can't play any more Smash Bros 3DS or I'll go insane. One series of short, humiliating battles with a R.O.B. who found a trick to flying forever and I'm done playing that for a while. I can't handle my anger after humiliating losses like that. It's the anonymity of online glory battles I hate, I can't tell if the other player is cruel or if they're having fun, if they respect me for trying or if they are looking down on me for losing to somebody clearly more prepared to play competitively, but I just feel like we're playing two different games and the one I'm playing isn't very fun at all.

I was also playing Fallout 3 some more for a few days but the crashes every 30 minutes have made me give up and walk out.

 

Watch Dogs is a decent game IMO. Not excellent, but still pretty good.

The only stuff I've ever seen talked about Smash is people either gloating about how awesomely they pummeled another player, or complaining about how badly they get pummeled. It just doesn't seem like an overall fun game from an outside perspective.

 

So cold! Wish the boiler would heat the water already.

 

It's finally starting to warm up around here. No longer below freezing.

 

Picked up Bioshock: Infinite and Watch Dogs for my Xbox, I've played Infinite before but I've been wanting to play it again. Also have Lord of the Rings: War in the North to play but my boyfriend doesn't seem too keen to keep playing that. Guess I'll slog through it solo. Oh well.

 

..... Isn't Bioshock Infinite free for Xbox Gold members starting tomorrow?

 

I'm not a gold member. I haven't been since the card Hybrid gave me expired, and I didn't use that enough to justify the gift anyways ><
