What Is On Your Mind?

To be honest, I kind of hope I don't get to that age.

It didn't feel like it. Having to get to bed early and spending the morning getting ready for a 9am start to 5pm finish, 6pm once I made it home, 7pm once I'd finished dinner, ~8pm when I'd finished cleaning up and showering left me only a couple of tired hours a day to do anything before having to get to bed again. Then I spent most of the weekends asleep. It's that sort of monotony that I can't handle.

 

ahhh I see whats happening. You're "Surviving" but not "Living". It's a very common thing, but a lot of people don't know when it's happening to them, they just feel stressed out and unhappy all of the time.

I actually don't have a single idea on how to fix it either, but don't let that bring you down. Identifying the problem is the first step to a solution. If you keep trying new things, you'll find a way to solve it, but only if you keep pushing. Not trying at all has a 100% failure rate

Lets say you work 8 hours, and commute for 1 hour each way (really? that's a lot. Surely you can find closer work.) 10/24 hours. Sleep is 7-8, lets say 8. 18/24 hours.
6 hours remain.
Cooking (and cleaning dishes) and showering takes two hours a day?
4 hours remain.
If you have 2 hours of commute and 2 hours of cooking / cleaning every day, that's pretty shitty. Even then, though, you have 4 hours (which isn't much, but you do whatever you want with them.) If at all possible: A closer job, and more efficient routine will go a long way towards liberating your free time.

Why are you so tired on the weekends, though?

 

I don't like the idea of getting old either. The only perks I can think of is getting to do what you want all day and nobody can tell you shit cuz you're old, plus old people gain some strange power of invisibility, they fly under the radar because young ppl seem so dismissive of them. I will be the oldest, stealthiest prankster there ever was. And when I don't want to be invisible i'll get on the internet where everyone seems to be the same age (until they let something slip that is)

 

It's not the distance that was the problem, it was the traffic. My workplace was on an industrial estate, so everyone leaves at the same time and the only exit is right onto a major through-road and one-way system, into going through town during a rush hour.

I threw eating and preparing and stuff like that into the calculation too, probably closer to about an hour and a half maybe. I make pretty much everything from scratch, so it can take a while.

4 hours is a bit of a stretch because I get tired easily due to depression, and it's worse after working all day. I tended to get everything out of the way and then stay awake doing stuff in the evening for as long as I could before I physically couldn't stay awake any more, usually for an hour or two. Then I usually ended up going to have a nap and waking up in the morning before work again. If I woke up again beforehand, I was too tired to physically do anything.

I didn't do much on the weekends partially because of tiredness, and partially because I didn't feel like doing anything after a work week. It was just exhausting, and more like a recovery period than anything.

 

I can't seem to find the correct style. A yellow tailcoat is difficult to find did find a smoking red on ebay

 

Well today got a little bit better.
Got to hang with a dear college friend whom I haven't hung out with all semester, and that was fun ^.=.^

 

Do I have to go to work tomorrow?...

 

Yea, that's why I also said "someone who can make" cause I'll most likely have to either pay someone to make it or make it myself (I'd prefer to just commission someone to make it though). I've been looking in etsy and stuff too.

 

Bayes' theorem, permutations and combinations homework... not fun... "find the probability that you will be dealt a hand in poker with 2 pairs of cards with a red suit" I'm certainly never gonna be good at counting cards

 

I wasn't going to let it bother me. Really, I wasn't. However I need to rant. Negative energy ahoy.

Why the fuck do you lead someone on? Tell them you want to meet up, then cancel, say you want to play, but never text..... I say "just be UPFRONT" and it's like "oh well I met someone else but you're really cool" what the fuck? Why can't you grow a pair and tell me that? I declined dates for her. I was setting up a play date. I bought her a rainbow Vasu to surprise her. What. The fuck.

Whenever I start talking to someone, I always say "PLEASE no bullshit, don't play games, be 100% honest with me" and yet everyone fucking lies. WHY? WHAT DID I DO?

Some ppl are just SO averted to conflict that they're more willing to toss someone under the bus and take the easy way out rather than ante up and face the music

 

I'll never understand the "Oh I met someone." I mean I understand why it happens but I don't understand how people do that to each other.

A girl way back in highschool, easily the hottest girl in my school, seemed to have a little thing for me, I was toying with the idea of asking her out, even though I didn't think we were very compatible, because if she really liked me then we ought to try and enjoy each other's company. I planned to go ask her one day, I planned all night to ask her for a date, just to see, and I couldn't find her. She had kissed me on the lips the day before. I couldn't find her because the boy she had been dating for four hours was giving her a ride home. -_-

That was when I found out I was just another blip on her radar.

Don't be a blip. Be a lighthouse, make some noise, if people aren't treating you like you matter and are the most significant thing on their horizon, you're being undervalued.

Really tempted to write a big 'Fuck You' to the BD forums and get myself banned and tell all the twats how fucking stupid they are buuut, it's late, im moody. And yes I'm still a bit hurt over wanting the old forum back.
But im just mega shitty that I get totally ignored. Even when im being civil.
Actually I think it just hits a nerve so hard with me because irl I am that girl that gets talked over. Or people will turn the other way and start talking to someone else if what im saying doesn't interest them. .
It's fucking rude man. Why am I treated like a shadow? a ghost?

 

God, I hate when people do that. I can't imagine it happening all the time.
