so sick of work stuffing up my payroll !!

 

How are they stuffing it up? Seems kinda unprofessional

 

Under paying/ withholding payment from me.
I'm fucking sick of it.

 

That can't really be legal? They have a reason?

 

Usually it's just because they're lazy or negligent. There's normally some section of the places' contracts that say something about not being obligated to manage miscalculated pay or some such, that it's down to the employee to keep track of how much they're earning. I've had to chase down money that agencies have owed me previously. Took months to actually get it back, and I had to provide weeks' worth of paperwork to prove it. They normally just say "oh, we didn't know/miscalculated for that time period/had computer issues", but the fact is that (in my experience) if they can get away with underpaying employees, they will do so and only give an excuse when it's explicitly bought up. They rely on the assumption that people don't tend to keep a close eye on their earnings as long as they actually get some.

@Exeter thank you sweetie. I know your compliments are genuine *snugs* it's not just one dude it's all the dudes in my life it seems. I can't seem to just have male friends that don't want to eventually ruin it via trying to get into my pants.
I guess it's they don't understand my asexuality.
It's just frustrating because society expects people to be in a partnership and only provides for them. I can't move out or anything on my own cause the rent would kill me.

Have you ever made asexuality a talking point early on? I'm sure it's something you've mentioned but is it something you've explained you're firm about and not just "hard to get."

Morning all

 

I've mentioned it in conversations and such. Especially how I am not physically into them. But because I mastubate and such that must mean I'm just being hard to get.

Also when they soon ditch me for another I feel angry. Not sure if it is hurt or jealousy but I hate the feeling so I don't like opening up to anyone no matter their gender.

 

Started writing my story idea! Typed up 2 pages so far, still working through the back story and introduction but it's going well so far. I'm really enjoying doing something creative for a change. That said I'm used to writing at work where everything is very to the point. Story writing is the complete opposite, having to flesh the story out and build the entire picture. They say change is as good as a holiday. Change is good, but I'd still take the holiday

 

Ahhaa, the things I wish I was able to apply for...

 

................................. I'm actually fine with my current job. While I think it would be fun to make something like that, I also know it's something I cold never put on a resume for a future career. Also, I'm not moving to the other side of the country. xP

 

You could say making silicone sculptures on your resume.

 

Sometimes people in this game aren't the most understanding, and sometimes they're just outright toxic, but once you learn the meta and start getting decent at the game, it gets damn fun, and has constant potential for you to improve. Try to communicate with your teammates, but if they want to just be toxic, mute them.
I'm currently having a blast with LoL... Been doing decently well with Bard, and have actually gotten a lot of compliments for it. I've got to start playing ranked again, as I'm confident I can get to high gold at least if I keep playing like I am right now.

 

When I had a Spyro game i used to go to this world with a beach and a giant shell i could get into, and Pretend Spyro was on vacation.

With some creative writing you could put the job on any resume. Rather than saying worked at Bad Dragon, call it BD enterprises. Then use a lot of the usual business terms and hey presto, you've got a resume!
