Greetings from the future!

 

Mines at the panel shop getting fixed after a run in with a kangaroo. I've only had the motorbike to get around on for the last 3 days. Of course it's decided to rain for the last 3 days!

 

How is it there? Have we blown everything to hell and now ride around in weird car-like machines in tight leather outfits to search for gasoline?

 

Ouch. My exhaust recently fell off and broke, so I had to get another second hand one which is quieter than the last one. Also had to replace the water pump, which involved taking like half the engine apart. Also the bodywork is starting to rust all over. The previous owners seem to have no comprehension of maintenance.

 

Not yet, but if the government continues to be as retarded as they are currently then we can't be too far off. At least I can be like Max and start off with the police car, hopefully it won't be an XC coupe like the movie though.

 

Worst part has been the weather. riding in the rain when it's raining so hard that there's a good 5mm of standing water on the road is no fun.

Ooh, someone knows their Aussie cars! But they're still Fords. I'd much rather a nice HQ Monaro GTS or LX Torana A9X.

 

I like the Monaro better. Sorta reminds me of a '71 Chevelle SS. Even though I talk shit about them, I'd still love a muscle/pony car for the novelty of it. They're extremely rare here, like 1 in 1000 cars, if that.
