In other news, I finally got around to making my doctor's appointment. I have it on Thursday in the afternoon, and I was given a bit of paperwork to fill out. I got a nice long sheet full of questions I've got to answer in relation to depression. Kinda nervous, but I don't feel like answering some of these questions truthfully but... I know I have to if I want things to get better. x_x

HOW IS EVERYONE DOIN'?

You can't possibly make the current situation any worse!

I went to yoga for the first time in two weeks. I couldn't go last week because of my mate's hospitalization, and other scheduling issues made me stay home a lot. I thought "Hey, I did the 45-minute Intermediate 3 and 2 classes, how hard can 1 be?" It turns out I1/45 is the class where they start to teach headstands. I fell over and wrenched my upper back. Ouch.

Looks like my drug of choice tonight is ibuprofen.

PS: finding it kind of hard to shave at night, with little light. Thank heavens for electric shavers!

 

I actually agreed to go jogging tomorrow. I'm really surprising myself here.

 

I can jog for like...maybe 60-90 seconds. I have weak lungs.

 

I haven't run since high school, when I was in horrible shape anyway. Even now, I doubt I'm much of a runner XD. My cardio has always pretty poor.

On my mind: Getting in shape for the summer! :3

 

I never run. I know I'm not much of a runner. Not even a little of a runner. I wouldn't do it if my friend wasn't asking me to join in.

Sometimes a friend is all the motivation you need. And thanks! I'm almost where I want to be, but may as well try to look a bit nicer.
And drop a little body fat % (I'm really curious what I look like @ low %)

 

Parents smoked a lot, lived in a house with a mould problem for a while. That's my guess anyway. My legs are perfectly fine with exercise, just feels like my lungs are on fire after a short time.

 

That's true. We'll see if I stick with it or just keep to exercising at home.
That's awesome. Keep at it. Good thing it's warmer outside now. That means more sweating!

I'm not a huge fan of toying on my back, but it may have to suffice for the time being. If I can successfully get the head of the new chance in I'll definitely take some photos. Whether or not I share though...

 

Uhh so I can't directly reply to responses on this forum but basically, spoke to the partner about that troubling issue, and turns out it's all good. Won't go into details but my mind is at peace.
