It would have been worth my time if it was. Cocaine sells for about 300% more in Australia than in the US. It's pretty rare to find cocaine here, methylamphetamine (ice) is considerably more common, and a lot cheaper. Cocaine is for the rich party on the weekend types. Or footy players who should know better.

I can honestly say, in my 3 years of operational police work I've never found anyone in possession of cocaine. Probably has a lot to do with working in a low income area. The shit heads out my way couldn't afford it.

Definitely not, but we can't know everything. Which is why the other stuff and the perception of authority is useful. There's been plenty of occasions where I either haven't had any legal power or wasn't sure of my options when I've just bluffed people into doing what I tell them. Usually things like getting people to leave a particular place, stuff like that.

 

If caffeine was illegal, police would cease to exist I reckon. Either that, or police brutality would increase exponentially.

 

So finally my dad puts in my radio and actually bought a subwoofer too. Tells me he's already set up audio for the woofer and not to mess with it and I'm like..."OoooK..."

Mind you guys I've had said new radio since I graduated high school in 2013. The speakers weren't put in though but that's alright.

Policing in America is very different to policing in Australia. Personally I believe it's to do with the number of guns in America. As a cop over there you've got to expect they're armed and act accordingly. Here, there are a lot less guns, so your everyday dealings with the public don't require the same level of caution/control. I watch shows like cops, and the stuff they do is way more aggressive and assertive than what we do here.

Some parts I think America does well, other parts not so much.
