The horrendously sized sidebar still shows up, which breaks the flow of viewing the art. I actually didn't realize there were ads there at first (which I'm thankful for, the things are nightmarish at best).

 

At least Canada has laws in place that protect the regular citizen from draconian lawsuit practices present in the USA. ISP's don't have to (and won't if they want to keep customers) give anyone any information on who an IP address belongs to unless they're presented with a warrant or some other legal document. Even then, as long as a person isn't making money off what they're pirating, you might have to pay a $100 fine for a first offender/first time caught, and that's total, not per infringement. Fines for non-commercial piracy go up to a $5,000 maximum. Companies can only sue if they can prove you cause monetary damage (ie, if they can prove you have illegal copies, and only the copies they can prove you have) at a minimum of $100, in which case, you have to pay out equal to whatever perceived damages there are, and companies cannot ask for more. Companies can get into a lot of trouble for trying to pressure a citizen into a settlement (it's not uncommon for them to say "pay us $5,000 or lose to us in court and pay us $50,000" in the states).

At present, it's just a warning from our ISP that they know there's illegal downloads going on. no companies are pursuing anything, and the government isn't trying to fine us.

Considering I was one of the ones asking questions on the original announcement about what they plan to do, pressing them when they failed to give honest answers, or any answer at all, and when they continued dodging the important questions and cherry picked their responses with vague answers that gave them tons of wiggleroom to say "We own your asses and your content" while maintaining deniability at the same time, was quick to remove anything from FA that contained my own characters?

No, I actually expected them to do exactly what they're doing.

Walk a lot and am still on my feet constantly for my work, so haven't noticed much change in muscle mass after quitting Retail Management Gig. Upper body on the other hand...
Lifting again. Miss having some cut deltoids. But along with them coming back I am noticing again that they are comparatively low on my arm. Note for the sake of drawing that while anatomy is generally about the same, variances in location and shape are present for bone, muscle mass, and fat.

You need to play it again and try a new style! I'm using a shotgun, a Carbine, Crows, and Undertow. My gear is all set up to cause enemies to explode or electrocute nearby enemies when I do critical damage, which is easy with a shotgun when you aim for the head. So every fight consists of me jamming a crowd with electricity and crows before blowing their heads off and electrocuting the rest by proxy. Good fun!

You complain and whine but still buy from them????? Like they did all this bad shit (yes they did, but stupid shit like "ebony" and Clifford needs to be tossed, is that really why you won't buy?) and yet you are all "I paid $81 for a mini Xar because it was pretty! Maybe I am a piece of shit for still buying from BD. I know some others that BD has COMPLETELY fucked over but they are STILL getting custom toys. Even if I were the only fucking person out of the educated group to buy from BD I still wouldn't give a shit. Nope, no excuses here. I'm going to continue to buy the cheapest flops and secondhand toys AND ENJOYING THEM. Maybe one day I will buy a custom, finally?? Possibly, probably not, since I'm also a money grubber. :3333
So, why is it that out of all my toys (about 30) I don't have ONE from another company???? For one, I never see "flops" that I want from those other companies. I want to buy EE toys so fucking bad but I will not buy them at full price. I just won't. I'm a chintzy fuck. I will wait for a sale or for flawful toys. Up until late last year I never even considered buying from EE due to them have life casts. Oh it's fine, yeah cool a real horse/dog dick, but lmao could you imagine BD doing that? Everyone would flip OUT. Don't try to say BD said they wouldn't make realistic toys, 'cause they aren't the only ones that have changed their ways for more money?
The one toy I bought from FB? A bump for a huge chunk in the shaft. The two toys I (used to) own from BL? He gave them to me. The one time I bought from GFG? It was like 80% off because it was so fucking ugly rofl. I want to buy from the newcomers but so far the designs are too small, too expensive, or I can never get a slot (I'm looking at you, Av!)
Another reason I like to buy BD toys is because if I don't like it I can sell it very easily. The ONLY other toys that sell faster (or even the same speed) as BD toys are DA toys, which, unfortunately, I have yet to have anything from Sheep in my hands. All other toys seem to take FOREVER to sell.
I'm not trying to justify the shit BD has done. We need to get something in our heads: BD is a business, a HUGE business. From September 2013 to September 2014 they DOUBLED their total order count from all time. They are on Amazon. They sell duffel bags that are worthless UNLESS IT HAS THEIR LOGO AHHHHH!
Let's just cut the crap now. If you buy/use BD toys don't flame them all over the internet. Who is pathetic then?

I can agree with what's being said here. If you're going to complain about how horrible BD is, then yeah, stop buying from them. Otherwise you sound like the kind of hypocrite who complains about sweatshops in foreign countries making all our shit for cheap, and then goes to shop at Wal-Mart because of how cheap everything is.

If you're buying anything you intend on using for an extended period of time, you should be looking up the company and it's reputation before the purchase. If the company looks shoddy, or they have practices you don't like (such as no-refund or warranty policies and the like), then you're taking a calculated risk buying from them. If you get burned on it, you can't really blame the company. If you looked them up and found bad info before hand, you chose to take the risk anyway, and if you didn't look up the company before hand, you've really got nothing to complain about.
