no work on monday because of the holiday but everyone has to come in an hour earlier and stay an hour later every day for the rest of the week. cheap fuckers don't want to pay holiday pay but want to get a full week's worth of work out of everyone. assholes

Slow Lorriss are adorable.
Unfortunately seeing this reminded me of a doco I saw recently that shows slow Loriss being captured for the illegal pet trade and they rip out their teeth and it's awful.
Not sure where the source is for that video. Just hope it's not just some pet to them :/

In other news I saw this ↓ image today and I laughed.


Then I read the comments and people completely ripped it to shreds and complained that it wasnt funny and its about the struggle of depression and how 'someone is missing something on the inside'.

Now im not a heartless c***, and I DO see the point.
But jesus Christ there does NOT need to be a deeper depressing meaning to every fucking thing in this world and I felt the comments were so inappropriate.
yes there are people suffering. Yes there are places to talk about it. Yes there are those who listen.
But why is it necessary to integrate that into everything we see and do ?
its not being oblivious or careless. It's a choice to NOT always have to acknowledge it and instead appreciate the lighter side.
And this picture and it's contrast to me is so significant of that point.
