So my date went better than expected. Got to go play in the rain, makeouts happened, watched Age of Ultron (alrthough based on what people have said was tempted to see Mad Max), and had talks. Only weird bit was his mom making comments n such about how he doesn't do his exercising and yada yada...

Basically, a frustrated mother of 8 venting her frustrations. Not a big deal.

Man, I'm an asshole, haha.
So there's this kid who works for me, and he's diabetic. And he's completely aware he's diabetic, its not like some secret every one is keeping from him. And yet the only thing I've ever seen him put into his body is redbull and candy bars. He literally drank 4 redbulls back to back last night. His blood sugar is always too low or too high, and he's always sick and puking on the floor and leaving it there and going home, gets absolutely nothing done while he is there. So I finally had a talk with him.
"So do you not have a doctor or something? "
"Yeah"
"Has he not let you know you're killing yourself?"
"Yeah"
"You just don't care"
"I care"
"I don't think you care. And you know what ? I don't care either. if you want to kill yourself, then hurry up and kill yourself and I'll come to your goddamn funeral and sing happy fucking songs. But find somewhere else to do it, because when it starts ruining my day and my boys day, then that's when I start to care. Get it?"
"Yeah"
"Good. Now fuck off and don't come back until you've decided not to be a goddamn idiot"
Man, the look on his face, I had to send him away before I busted out laughing and shattered the entire facade.

Sometimes people need to be told.

The fact he had the balls to lie in your face about having any self concern would've set me off too.

4 redbulls and a diabetic? Must be some sort of stupid.

I took a careless walk in the rain today. I haven't done that since I was little. It was incredibly refreshing.

 

Whoo hoo!
I'm getting a nice wheel chair for $25!
This will make it so much easier to get around out side, while my ankle heals. I might even be able to do some light work at my job now.
This is going to help me a lot!

EDIT: And as a bonus, Mo will get a little exercise, pushing me around. Trust me, he needs it. LOL
BTW, I'm down under 180lbs now........

 

Monthly bills are going to double...stressing me out.
