    Bored bored bored...............
Having to deal with this busted ankle is driving me a bit NUTS!
And to top it off, I've come down with a cold damn it!
I miss the simplicity, of simply walking to the fridge to get something to drink or eat, and not having to worry about how to get it back to my room. It takes both hands to operate this damn walker, and my wheelchair is too wide to go through our bedroom door.
Also the doctor told my employer that it may take till Aug 21 before I can go back to work again.............I am so broke already...........

No one could pay me enough to own a smart phone.............
Sorry, that's not fair. But when I am away from the computer or off line, I have other things to pay attention to.

unfortunately not likely to happen (unless I can get a forge set up, and then... oh yes... *wicked eye glinty-glint*) I didn't realize how late it is so I didn't really get started on anything. spent most of today cleaning out the garage and getting my workbench setup moved, which I'll need to reinforce my workbench soon because the lower shelf/thing that keeps the legs from folding in is starting to bow from the weight of tools and other junk. did manage to get my saws safely set aside where no one will accidentally mangle themselves on them if they blindly wander into that area. I have been thinking of trying some stuff with cutting glass bottles to get colored glass cylinders for some interesting lamps. I haven't talked to Eloe (or anyone specifically for that matter) in a while since I've been a grumpy-scalie and too busy with work to do much. I know Eloe has done work with glass so maybe he could give me some tips on safely cutting glass and trying to get clean straight edges. I have access to a tile saw with a thin diamond blade which may work but don't know if it will cause too much vibration and crack or shatter a bottle. Either way I probably won't get a chance to do much until next weekend since they have decided to fuck with everyone's hours at work so now I need to go in earlier every day and work later 4 out of 4 days and do a half day one day a week. I'd rather just pull 4 10 hour days and have a long weekend. bah, tired grumpy scalie ramblings. I should go to bed

Yeah, I can help with suggestions on that Scalie. Bottles are tough but not impossible, and a few methods can be utilized, with practice.
We can talk when you are ready. Good night!

I now I have a $280 paperweight. My laptop decided now would be the best time to crap-out. I mean, it's barely 2 months old. Now I'm back on the old computer.
    Laptops hate me.

Little nervous about putting something new up. Going to run it differently than usual and I'm concerned it'll draw criticism for a few things, but it's been ready to go for months and...ugh, I just gotta do it.

For some reason have the original Digimon playing as background noise. That art style tho'.

Dunno. Firefox kept freezing up (not responding) and the laptop wasn't overheating. After a while it wouldn't let me do anything... even trying to shut down. So I shut it off by holding the power button for 5 seconds. Now, it won't start right. People tell me a trick that involves removing the battery. Easier said than done... there's no release for it, and even taking out all the screw on the bottom doesn't open it.
    Headache.

Huh, Firefox does that to me once in a while, but I have always blamed Cox internet for that. Though I do get weird problems shutting down my ASUS on occasion. Sometimes when I turn it on, the screen won't light up. So I have to shut it down twice before it will come on again.

    I probably wouldn't complain.

    Thank you~
New thing is this, although my calling it "new" isn't quite right since I sent out test models of it a year ago.

My house is unreasonably quiet right now. It has been for a while. I'm almost worried that there's something wrong with the AC, since it's steadily gotten warmer in here. And that ticking earlier...maybe the house will cave in on itself.

Ooh, speaking of odd house sounds, not last winter but the one before when we had -40 degree temperatures, the wood was groaning and popping. Tree across the street screamed at one point. Trees should not scream.

I should have clarified, I can't stand working with supposed adults who act like children.

Also morning everybody, apologies for the double post, but I'm relatively annoyed today.
I've come to find out that my father has been taking quite a lot of vacations and I'm not sure how he's managing to get the money to do so.
Plus work is being super retarded and is bugging the ever-living shit out of me but eh, what can you do.

He may have come into some money without telling the rest of the family maybe.
Also adults acting like children in your life is similar to what I am having to deal with at work. It's kind of pathetic really.

As an adult who acts like a child, I am utterly wounded.
