What Is On Your Mind?

I'm only 3 years behind ya, but I'm not 100% on what I really want right now. Its only been 2 years since I broke up with my ex and I'm excited to get wild with my freedom, but at the same time, I miss being in an intimate relationship.

 

If I lived in the city I'd be insisting on a meetup and I'd show you around. It's a cool place with a million things to do and a lot of interesting streets for shopping, culture, and adventure. I was there about a week ago and @Aperture showed me around for a little date. There was a lot of kissing and handholding :3

Maybe in the future, still got two weeks of holidays to take this year, nothing planned yet lol.

Set them on fire. I hate ants so much. If they're the itty bitty ones you have to go through a huge amount of cleaning to get rid of their scent trails and anything they might find appetizing (most food, but especially anything with sugar), and even then they might stick around.
Not sure about carpenter ants though. Aside from...you know, they still need to be set on fucking fire.

I'm still not feeling so well today. Upset stomach, feels a lot like the last couple times I had food poisoning. Partner tells me he's been suffering too, soooo...we're never going back to that Denny's again. Other problems still hanging around too and I just am frustrated.

Trying to remember what it was exactly but I feel like I had a dream with a couple people here in it? something to do with a fest/convention in the city. Not all was good, had some bad blood with a particular vendor that decided to show up, but aside from that it was...interesting.

Never been with in Toronto nor with another duder, would have been a new experience all around!

 

bah I hadn't even considered that you might not be INTO dudes. Sometimes I forget that ~90% of the population is straight lol. Either way, take time to see the city, Kensington market is a really interesting place, lots of hipster shops and unique places, it's right next to Chinatown, which is also worth seeing. The CN Tower offers an unparalleled view of the city. I can't tell you what cultural stuff is going on in the city right now, I think there might be a jazz festival of some sort. You just missed Pride so all the rainbow flags should be coming down. There's a big mall, The Eaton Centre, worth checking out. Tonnes of unique clothing stores and things fill the downtown. You'll see all kinds of things down there!

 

My mom wanted to go out for lunch, my dad wanted to go out for lunch, it's my birthday tomorrow.
There will be no party because the other relatives can't attend. My parents didn't say anything concrete so I set up a pizza and cake at home.
Pro Tip: my mother doesn't like my father at all. I'm boring. Maybe this will make it clear for them both, I'm not fun to be around.

 

Not sure how long I'll be hanging around, hopefully only a couple days, and between that and getting stuck dealing with the graveyard shift is gonna screw up my sleep for sure, but definitely gonna try to see what I can.

And I wouldn't say I'm not into, more like haven't experienced, heh. I try to stay pretty open to trying new things. Definitely would be more picky with who, but you're pretty freaking adorable :3

best way to find the better artists. I always get annoyed when I see an awesome looking icon, find out someone else made it, follow the link, find out they only colored it, follow a link, find the inks, follow another link and finally get to the artist that made it.

 

So what exactly are you doing in the city? You're there for graveyard shifts doing what??

Mom calls, we're talking and she tells me my step-sister moved out a couple days after her birthday. No warning, had it planned out for months, left a bunch of stuff behind. Mom's upset about it, but I'm really happy for the step-sister. Her father's a complete fucking prick, that house is such a huge poisonous mess, and I really wanted her to get out.
Now I'm worried about Mom's health though.

I could get Mom somewhere safe, somewhere away from that guy, and somewhere where she's free to do...I dunno, whatever, worship all the time. Then if I could kill the guy and not have it traced back to me...oh I would. I would throw him in the trunk of a car and drown his ass. Knock his jaw back in place. Something.

 

Woof, sounds like a rough situation. Thankfully I have a real good relationship with my parents, so I honestly can't relate. But I do wish your mother the best, hearing about things like this breaks my heart.

 

I wasn't even aware there was a strike going on! So I guess you're an employee then at a store near you? And they're sending you in as a scab or something?

But for the record, watching a pirated movie while talking on skype is a VERY good way to spend an evening with a friend. It's effectively a movie date and I've done it many times. The hard part is syncing up the videos.
