Wow, first time I see my mother use her brains. I told her like 3 months ago before she got the kitten that our old cat wouldn't accept it because she's aloof. The poor little thing has being locked in the bathroom these three months while we (I) were trying the old cat to socialize with her, resulting in hisses and hard pawing.
So my mom gave the kitten to a friend of hers. I'm not even a tad sad.

 

I've had many a "where did this bruise/cut/whatever come from?" moment while working this summer. one of the only ones I actually know the cause of was from a coworker accidentally whacking me in the shin with a pickaxe (luckily not crazy hard or I'd have gotten a broken shin)

 

oh joy, seems the parking permit I spent $440 on for school won't get here until after the semester starts because the school fucked up their order to the shop that makes them. I am really not impressed with this school after all the stuff they've fucked up on or allowed to happen without anyone supervising student activities.

 

Malwarebytes finally got rid of the problem. Can't recommend it enough now that I've used it, it caught like 90 files that Avast missed.

Just studying through one of my Japanese text books answering the questions to audio files and suddenly then lady starts saying a word I haven't come across yet. There's me looking frantically through the book and nope it wasn't my mistake that just hadn't taught us the mean yet.

So...only episodes of season 8 of Doctor Who go up to 12 (how ironic xD). So now I have nothing to watch on Netflix.

So drew some and played a game of league but kinda bored now.

 

Funnily enough, my Deadpool thing has shipped. The seller of the Veigar coat is really annoying, sent 3 messages after I had paid for the thing. Like, I don't need it custom fitted, really. I'm fine with the standard medium size =/

 

In my experience, a true relationship goes way, way beyond BFFs and casual sex...
Maybe it's because I'm a pisces, and therefore, naturally interdependent, but... my boyfriend is an extension of myself really, and vice versa.
We build each other up when one of us is down, but we also don't hesitate to tell each other what we NEED to hear in order to better ourselves.
He knows my goals in life, and I know his. We do what we can to help each other reach our goals, and share in immense joy when either one of us accomplishes something. We learn new things together constantly, especially now that we are living on our own for the first time together.
I never have to feel alone. When I'm in a deep depression, he is always there for me, and I feel like I can tell him anything. When I start to get overwhelmed and start to shut down, he picks up my slack, no complaints, no questions asked. And when I make a small attempt to get over the feeling, he gives me lavishing encouragement, which gives me the ambition to push on and be myself again.

He's someone that loves me in my ugliest times, and vice versa. I always feel safe with him around. Losing him would quite literally feel like I would lose a part of myself. We've been together almost 3 years now, and while I know that lots of other relationships have lasted longer, we've seen each other pretty much every day since we started dating, and have been living together for a little over a year now. I know that this one is different. I can feel it. We ARE soulmates.
I love him with every inch of my body and soul, and I know he feels the same way. People, even strangers on the street can feel it, and have commented to us about it...even though we aren't like lovey-dovey PDA. It's just...we give off the energy of love I guess, that may sound lame, but I'm not making this up. I can't imagine myself with anyone else.

 

Thur has always been there for me when I needed him most. Sure, I have friends and best friends but none of them have been there for me on such an emotional and physical level as he as. It's funny too, because I'm demisexual/gray asexual and I don't even have sex/enjoy it that much. So to me, sex is just that added bonus to a relationship where I am just totally "eh that's interesting/great".

I have friends and family that see me and Mort and just go: "Wow, you two are really meant for each other huh?" or "You guys balance each other so well". Like Vitani said, we're soul mates. We feel each other on a completely different energy level than I would with a good friend. :3

 

@SnowLycan relationships are about partnership. More than the fun, it's the teamwork and feeling of having something that matters to both of you. You're both trying to accomplish things and both trying to build each other up. You stop feeling like they're another person whom you spend time with and start feeling like they're part of your every day experience like the need to eat or a job or something. They become foundational elements of your day and it becomes hard to imagine life without them. Losing them is more than losing a friend.
