Did anyone who uses FA also got the "phantom journal" bug? I have a notification about 1 unread journal, but when I click it it shows up like nothing's there. Nuking all journals didn't help as well.

 

When I woke up my door was wide open. Presumably either my landlord or his girlfriend saw a bunch of dildos. I assume Poster left it unclosed when he left this morning and it just swung even wider on its own.

My used dildos have been sitting out since yesterday, I'm going to try and clean them tonight if I can.

I did see a bunch of people on tumblr completely misunderstand a scientific article about the presence of neanderthal DNA in all human populations except subsaharan africa and australian aborigines. a bunch of people saying stuff like "LOL Eurotrash pasties calling africans monkeys when they're the ones related to monkeys. Africans are the only pure humans" at which point my "this person sounds like a Nazi" impulse kicked in. Then there was at least one person who has at least a highschool biology class level of understanding on evolution that explained everything quite well and even cited sources on research that has found the fox-p2 gene from neanderthals may have an important role in language and primarily the immune system as an adaptation to colder climates, but they were basically told to "shut the fuck up and get out of our safe spaces"

gotta love tumblr when you want to see a bunch of people claiming to be for equality and fighting racism act like nazis and tell people they can't even talk due to their race/gender/sexuality/self-expression

 

They'd take pride in that, thus it wouldn't be offensive.
