We've just been talking in passing at work, we got talking more til we knew each other a little, I invited her for a mad max night when the movie comes out. Then there was Facebook, and I gave her my number since I have no Mobile data left, THEN she said we should be friends and play board games. I've invited her for a couple lunches and we've been getting along. Gotta make friends at work if anywhere at all!

 

urgh, now that fallout new vegas is working I keep getting randomly swarmed by the giant wasp things. how the fuck am I supposed to get through this area?

 

GO AROUND

Cazadores are a nightmare even at high levels. They are north of Goodsprings for a reason. That reason is to stop you from getting to New Vegas too quickly. They want you to go south towards Primm, work your way east across the hills, north into Novac, and move on from there. That way you'll encounter 2-3 great companions, start dozens of easy quests, meet Caesar's Legion, and get an idea of what the NCR is all in your first few levels.

already did all of that, I'm trying to do the mission at vault 22 and I can't find any way to get there that doesn't result in a million cazadores randomly spawning like the town guard glitch in skyrim

Approach from the north along the walls of the canyon. That town at the edge of the area used to be full of bandits but eventually it's taken over by Cazadores. Approaching from the north, all you'll encounter is mantises and bighorns.
