I just did the same! Though I hated working on call, I can't complain about the 20.5 hours of overtime I'll have on my next cheque.

 

oh joy, you know it's going to be an interesting semester when your art teacher says "my goal in this class is to facilitate a conversation on the ways capitalism and the patriarchy have kept our artistic selves shackled" yeesh, I want to tell them it's a two dimensional design fundamentals class and not political science but I'm sure that wouldn't go over too well.

also if I were ever to do a random study for psychology I'd take a look at trends in hairstyles pertaining to chosen majors since a good 75% or so of everyone going into the arts building had almost the exact same hairstyle

I remember Freshman year we all pretty much left our doors open. Really helped build the community. Then following years we all had rooms with doors that automatically closed. Oh well.

8 days of work in a row finally completed! Two days off, last two shifts at the current office then it's time to start in my new position. Kinda excited, scared and sad all at once.
