May or may not be getting a tattoo soon, we'll have to see, but my lover is planning on getting one and I may get one with her whenever she decides to do it.

 

Only in dreams! I think we just fall into patterns where cliches come easier than new, lucidly generated experiences. As soon as we realize we're dreaming it's like we know how dreams are supposed to work so we default to that.

 

So ran upstairs to say goodnight, commercial on TV for a cartoon. This weird teddy bear is clearing crumbs off a keyboard and the computer is like Mr predisdent, code accepted. There's a hot dog looking at the computer nervously. Then evidently the computer launched nuclear warheads. The bear is like it made my.cookie warm. This is for that stupid show "Uncle Grandpa". Seeing it without knowing til the end, I thought it was something for Adult Swim, which would make sense. But for a n kids show? That's just fucked up.

EDIT: But Steven Universe is just so awesome

 

If I do the day time work for the Halloween event, on Saturdays I'll be working 11am to midnight, with at most an hour for breaks, half hour for day time, and half an hour for night time.

EDIT: Actually, might not get out until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. Might be earlier, don't know, never done a scare zone before. I will basically be getting 30+ hours over the course of 3 days. Monday's I'll once again be dead to the world.

 

I still remember the old kids WB lineup with static shock and jackie chan adventures, now they've got shit like clarence...

on another note, been trying to figure out how to make a hat template to stitch out of leather because I want to make a full plague doctor costume and base the hat off one of the hats from bloodborne

 

Cartoon Network stuff nowadays is a little weird, but Adventure Time is pretty well the best thing they've ever done, and Steven Universe rocks as well.​

 

Steven universe had to do an episode with uncle grandpa appearing just to hype the show. Seeing as Steven universe is sadly not as popular as adventure time.

I found that episode hard to watch all because the grandpa annoyed me so much. There's funny stupid and then there's stupid stupid.

 

I liked adventure time, I don't like steven universe, especially the rabid fans trying to use a cartoon as a "safe space" to exclude anyone they don't like

 

They're pretty irrelevant to what we were talking about. A show should really be judged on its qualities, rather than secondary stuff like that.
But yeah, overall, Steven Universe can be a little underwhelming at times (especially compared to Adventure Time), but has enough childish fun and interesting enough writing/plot/characters/other elements of TV shows to make it a good quality cartoon in my opinion.

 

I tried watching a few episodes and just found it to be pretty "meh". found most of the characters annoying and didn't give half a rats ass about the story

 

It's 5 am, work sucked, back hurts, rained the whole walk home, that is all, goodnight.
Oh also, hot showers are amazing.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate having this place and the people here.

 

Uncle Grandpa is the only truly bad show I know of on cartoon network. I don't like Regular Show, but I wouldn't call it bad.

 

Yesterday I saw a set of fluffy leather cuffs with a short leather rope attaching it to a fluffy leather collar, which then has a leather leash.

._. I wanted it so much but I couldn't justify it due to the price and the fact I dont have anyone to hold the leash...

 

I thought I was overreacting when I disliked Uncle Grandpa because of its stupidity. It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one. The crossover episode with SU was so awkward to watch.

 

I'm just saying that nuclear bombs in the kids show? Seriously?

I love adventure time and su and wish I had time to watch them.
