oi, are you alright? I'm glad your health has turned around a bit at least. Alcohol is a horrible addiction to deal with.

Nowhere near as serious, but related: My diet deviated slightly over most of late August and September (eating pasta, ice cream, and pizza daily) and I put on ~4 lbs. I haven't been at my best lately. However I resolved to give up sugar and pasta for a while to reverse the effects and am already feeling much better (it's only been a week.) Weight has gone down slightly, my skin looks nicer, and I'm sleeping much better!

Your diet's affect on your daily health cannot be overstated.

 

Geez your diet can deviate like... From a few bad things over the course of 1 month and you put on 4 lbs? If I'm lucky, I can eat one or two ice creams in a week time frame and I'll put on 4 lbs. :V GIVE ME YOUR BODY.

Well my diet did go to shit, but I was still biking to work, moving about for 8 hours, biking back, then fairly often resistance training afterwards. Also, once you build a fairly athletic base, it sticks around!

I wasn't anywhere near this healthy at your age. You could get started earlier than I . I started putting my health chops to use shortly after joining BD (@ age 26.)

 

Not sure what to do. Should I play games? But no one is online to play csgo.

 

I would today, but I need to remain available for a phone call within the next few hours (might be too on edge to play right now anyway.)

I'm driving 110 miles (as a fairly new driver) tomorrow to a town I've never been to, staying at my cousin's overnight, then waking up for a long job interview.

Yard work.

Mowing the lawn, whacking weeds, trimming the hedges. Just need to put new mulch down. Enjoying the hot weather while it lasts.

If our old lady house mate, doesn't start checking the lint trap in the drier more often, she is going to burn out the drier (or at worst, start a fire in the laundry room)! Mo and I, are the only ones that clean it out. *grumbles*

On the bright side, the weather here is absolutely gorgeous today! Shouldn't get much over 85F.
