I'm getting really good at using my 1st grade counting skills...until I lose track of what tooth I was on sorting through the 5 MILLION FUCKING SPROCKETS HERE AT WORK! ARRGH! FUCK THE MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY. Seasonal jobs are shit.

Feeling a little down right now...bought some liquor for the first time in a while...gonna make some good friends out of Captains Jack and Morgan

 

I got a contingent job offer! I don't think anything is getting in the way of passing the contingency, so I'm effectively hired.

Apparently I have another job possibility, pays a lot more too. I'd assume the movie theater job would only be around minimum wage, even for management.

 

Just have to get through work tomorrow then I have a nice long weekend...

Assuming I pass the screening process, I have this one in the bag *knocks on wood.* I was applying all over the country, but kinda lucked out and ended up in the same state. Will require a move, though.

 

Well, I just heard about it tonight, from a friend who works for Coca-Cola, but different work from what I've ever really done before.

 

Calming down a bit, gonna go to bed soon.

 

Interview went well! I think I made a good impression, I could have done better. Currently in that state where I'm just reflecting negatively on a million things.

Nothing you can do but wait of course. I ended up being second pick for the job I applied to, and they initially told me I didn't get the position (but would call if something opened up.)
One day later... though now I'm wondering what happened to first pick.

HATE MY THOUGHT PROCESS. Sometimes I feel like doing things in life is going to be a lost cause because someday I'll be long gone and I feel like anything I do will all but be forgotten before too long. :v

In other news, I think I'm going to apply at the gas station 15 miles from here... 2nd shift at $12.50 part time with: 40% stocks, 401k, limited medical/dental/vision, wellness benefits, etc. :I Let's hope I get the balls to apply soon.
