Sometimes, late at night, ill lay in my room and look up at the stars, and think to myself, "where the fuck is the roof?"

 

I felt incredibly worn down today. I didn't even do anything that exhausting. How will I survive the rest of the week.

 

I.... bought the Wii for Metroid Prime 3 when both were still absolutely brand new.
And people were racing to Ebay to buy the Wiis and I paid over $400 for the stupid thing.
Needless to say I've since sold it because Nintendo hasn't released anything worthwhile for me since MP3.

But now I'm like.... HMMMM HALO 5 YES, KINDA WANNA BUY THAT LIMITED EDITION HALO 5 CONSOLE FOR THE GAME -AND- BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE AN XBOX ONE... But then again I'm like... Nah. I really don't like the direction 343 has gone with Halo. I also really don't want to pay for Live when I pay for PS+... but at the same time.... I could have 2 consoles... But there's probably gonna be another toy release tomorrow, if not the Halloween colours so. WHAT DO A GIRL GOTTA DO.

 

I'm planning on buying a Wii U simply so I can play the upcoming Zelda-game...

Got my new glasses today, can't tell if the prescription is fucked up somehow or if my eyes just need to adjust to them. I'll give it a week.

3 in the morning, I'm awake. Sitting at my desk, complete darkness except my phone screen, listening to Five Finger Death Punch while staring into the dark.

Typical night for me.

 

Actually before the Wii U came out I said to myself "I'm gonna wait 3 or 4 years before I buy it so it'll be cheaper... and the games too!" So not even a year later and the price was cut by $50. Sucks for the people that bought it early. Well, if the NX does come out next year as it seems that's what they are planning, probably won't have to wait too long for the Wii U to go down more.
It seemed like every generation I got the consoles later and later. Of course, one year the problem was stores not having a Wii in stock.
Still this is still messing with Wii U owners because it didn't have a decent lifespan. Despite some awesome games on it (SSB and Mario kart for example) they still paid for a console that didn't live up.
I'm not a fangirl, I've been with Nintendo from the beginning with the NES, but it's the truth of the matter and the way of the world. You are king of the hill, you get knocked down just to king again. And this upcoming half decade may be the last real generation of consoles. We'll see.

 

Hurricane Patricia has reached category 5 and is expected to make landfall on Mexico's pacific coast by midday today (Friday). Most of south Texas is also under a major flood warning.

So for anyone in that area, stay safe. There hasn't been a category 5 hurricane in a while since Katrina I think, and they're majorly destructive.

 

Just read the news on that, I'm not in that area but I hope everyone who is down there stays safe.

Had a nasty episode of sleep paralysis this morning while trying to wake up. Ugh...

 

Why must every destructive hurricane be named after my exes?
