Just got a message on my FetLife account...

I haven't been there in at least a year, so I'm guessing it's either a fake account, or someone I know who's found out my alternate identity.

Now if only I can remember my password...

Message turned out to be from someone up in D.C., who's engaged. Needless to say nothing will become of this, but I'll at least reply to further messages if it turns out to be a real person.

 

5 more nights of work. 6 calender days of work. And these last two weekends, I get an extra $1/hour.

I think you have a point when you say that the console generation is declining. Doesn't really bother me though. I rarely hear people mention them anymore. The only console I own at the moment is a Nintendo 64 that I bought from a friend because it was cheap as hell and it pretty much made my childhood. I think my GameCube is around here somewhere as well...

 

I still have my gamecube although I don't play it a lot anymore.

Evening ladies and gents. Today's been quite a fun day, got to hang out with some people and got all my school work for the weekend done
So now I have no idea what to do with myself other than work this weekend.

a lot of hammering by hand on an old stump. I'm considering etching some kind of pattern on it but I haven't come up with a design I really like yet

 

Haha. Right now I have the Wii and my N64 hooked up. Although my favorite system will still be SNES. That's what made my childhood.
But In a box in storage I have my Gamecube, SNES, and even my NES packed away. And the games. Why did I keep it? Dunno.
Believe it or not I actually had an Atari 2600 as well. But this was before I was a "gamer", all we had on there was a compilation of 31 variations of pong and a blackjack game.

Thanks to someone on my Facebook page, I'm going to open a bar that serves alcoholic coffee beverages. The bar will be named Stlerbecks, and the mascot will be a drunk version of whatever the Starbucks mascot is.
