We've done the best we can and are on the path of getting things fixed and hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

 

Yes, let's hope so. At least now I know to be careful when the next update comes and maybe wait a while before installing it.

 

It's kind of why I stick with PC, never had that problem with OS updates involving PC.
In fact I'm building my tower based around PC compatible products. Not that I hate Macs or Apple, I just prefer PC over Mac.

 

I can see why you do now. But yeah, this will work itself out too.

Oh my god, my mother was trying to tell me how wrong it is that schoolkids here now are being banned from saying things like "man up" and "get back in the kitchen" and how they aren't sexist.

Who decided that social apps/sites are blue themed, and video services are red themed?

 

I ended up not going to the furmeet. Had some friends come in from out of town so that was nice. I ate too much at lunch and feel sick though. xP

 

She really tries, but she just isn't getting how things are changing from how she was bought up for the better. She's pretty damn stubborn about it too, but at least we're both learning to hold different opinions without arguing about them.

I actually read a psychological study about that but I can't for the life of me remember the reasoning.

 

Red vs. Blue

 

blue generally has a calming effect on a viewer whereas red acts a stimulant for excitement, hunger, and aggression (biologically, kind of obvious, red blood means fighting/food) statistically if you have two sports teams or fighters in red and blue, the person wearing red is more likely to win even if up against a slightly more experienced opponent. so if you wann get into a brawl, where red, you're more likely to win. as for social sites it might be better to keep users calm and relaxed to make them feel more comfortable/safe/familiar and red for videos to get you excited and amped up so watching a video you feel as if it's more interesting/exciting so you're more likely to watch videos on their site again

just took the shield boss out of the etch. didn't come out perfectly but it didn't get ruined either and I at least got a nice deep etch in it (plastic bag full of acid in hot water for the win). I need to find something better than sharpie and nail polish. they sell etch resistant ink pads but those are for stamps, not freehand drawing your design. I might be able to find a special pen somewhere online. currently have the steel darkening up again. will post pics later.

 

Had a nice drive out at night for an hour and a half. Shame the police spoiled it though.

In other news, I went out and bought myself a birthday present because last I checked I never bought myself something super stellar and awesome. I went and bought... the limited edition Halo 5 XBox One console..... Kinda kicking myself in the ass for the $530 purchase but... I'm really happy at the same time.

On other new... my new catsuit arrived! And it's too small!
... you know, I should've expected this. I'm ordering from China (the website is in Engrish) and their sizes run small. A medium size person has to order a large and if you are exceedingly, abnormally small person then order a XS for a snug fit. And they give the size measurements for wach size... which are in NOWAY accurate.
Return it? Sure, they "allow" returns.
I put allow in quotations because they make it impossible to do so. You have "two" options to contact them, live chat and email. I put two in quotations marks because live chat just brings you back to the email option. So you try to email them and you keep getting an error message: Incorrect order number. You mean the order number that you didn't provide a line for me fill out? How can it be wrong if there isn't a place to enter is?!
Headache.
So anybody want a "small" catsuit?
