Never understood why people bitch about laundry, you just throw it in a machine and press a button.

 

A sad, unfortunate truth in life.

But that just gives me more reason to live life to the fullest day by day, as much as I can.

 

Same with vacuuming. I just let the robot run on it's own.

 

Agree with all that.

I will become more interested in cleaning bots when having one of them service me is not a social stigma.

 

Yeah, my life will also be cut short. Medical.
I think it's just started to affect my brain... not in a drastic way, but... I can't really explain it.

But than again, I don't a really long life. 50 would be fine for me.

 

We should start a club

 

I sometimes think I'd like to live as long as possible, but then I think about the ravages of age; my eyes going, my coordination getting so bad I cant draw, hearing loss, not being able to run. I say all that but I distinctly remember an old lady at this gym I used to go to, she was a powerhouse in the step aerobics class and had an amazing body. I never asked how old she was, but her face said at least 70+

I have a good friend who is in his 70's and guess what? He looks 45-50 and still has his wits about him and his energy, not to mention he's one of the most intelligent people I've ever met and his capacity to process information and memory are still above and beyond what most people are capable of. He had cancer and lived through it in his late 60's. The secret? Plenty of exercise (mental and physical) and feeding yourself properly...no surprise.

Personally...with the way the world looks...I'm not sure if I want to live past 50 but who knows.

spent a few hours in the sculpture studio, worked on my shield a bit, made some nail headers for old fashioned square nails and some horseshoe style nails, then made some nails (you have no idea how convenient it is to just go into a home depot and by a box of like 150 nails, holy shit that's a ton of work 0_0 ) just have to wait til tuesday for some stuff I ordered to get here so I can truly finish it

also got a sculpture accepted into an art show here. I'll be surprised if anyone actually buys it for what I have it priced at, but who knows

 

Looks like I won't have to move out of state to go back to school for law, or at least not out of the city. One of the universities here has a pretty good law program. Going to pop in and talk to an advisor next week.

In other news, Destiny just doesn't like me. Had that forced update yesterday, kept getting stuck with bad raid groups today, and now that my normal group is on, everyone is having internet issues. Oryx may just live another day.

 

I was going to get that stealth thing. Go to run across the bridge it breaks in the middle. I can't glide across that damn gap. I fucking raged.
