Oh I forgot to post this yesterday evening as I was rushing to get to a family meal on time.
But a series of events were determined to make me late. I Had originally planned to do the few bits I needed and watch a film with my friend before the family meal. But as I went into town it says expect delays between 4 to 6. So I thought ok scrap the film we can just chill.
We did just that, but as we were leaving the shopping centre there was a whole horde of people watching something. It was a jumper, which to be honest is something I've only seen in movies. Though he was on a building that wouldn't likely kill him just badly injure himself. So we had to take a long route round the scene as the police instructed, due to them trying to coax him down safely.
Which in turn with all the police vehicles the buses couldn't run on time. But eventually one turned up 1 and a half hours later as it just started to pour down with rain. It also had engine trouble but still carried on, though a few stops down the route a mad man gets on the bus talking about Isis and how the apocalypse is coming.
Which freaked me out a tad as there had been bus bombers in London a fair few years back so what's to say he's not one of them. But he left a few stops after getting on luckily.
Eventually made it home with a few mins to spare before getting dragged to the meal. But man what a weird day!!???
