I've aided a few folks in exploring themselves just by being me and chatting with them. One came to terms with their disgust over their body as they call it and worked up the courage to come out to their mother as transexual, as well as learning where to find options for transition once they got out of the Navy. A few others becoming comfortable with not feeling attracted to the other gender or being attracted to both.
