.....growing up where I did, I honestly can't think of a happy age I'd go back to. Besides, I actually have friends now.

I remember a time when only one company made those, and they only came out around the holidays. They were a special thing to get and share....at least I still make them special by only getting them once or twice a year, November-December.

 

First day on the job went pretty well. Kept me busy, which is always good. Handled a couple R8s, which is always nice. Accidentally cut my finger open on a pressure washer, but I've had worse. Since my uniform won't be coming in till next Wednesday, they gave me a free jacket and hat to wear to signify that I work for them.

 

I can't say I pay too much attention but I only see them out during the holidays; I'm probably wrong though.

 

Could also be a matter of region distribution and demand.

 

Destroyed my phone today... Now I need to pull together 300-400 to fix it. Right before Christmas. Right after starting a new job. Lovely. Can't even get a loaner phone this week. Double lovely.

 

True, and also true is how delicious they are. Oh geez...I can eat more than one in a single sitting they are that good but it doesn't help I've always loved chocolate.

If i could I'd mail you a replacement but all my old phones are shite and tied to Koodo.

 

I'm so out of it...passed out at 7:30 and just woke up from that and am completely disoriented.

to make a large rant post short, I had someone from a campus LGBT group tell me I should act more gay to possibly be able to join them, I asked them what that meant, and they proceeded to list off pretty much all the stereotypes of being gay and an SJW. they were miffed when I told them I don't usually give up my individuality just to join a social club based around the stereotypical notions of how someone should act in the rest of their life based around a small facet of their identity. if they just wanted to get together and hang out because we all happen to have similar sexualities, great. I find it strange when people try to equate taste in music, your involvement with (usually mob mentality) activism, and how you dress as contributing in any way to what genders you are sexually attracted to

It didn't really hurt that much, it just felt really scary. I hope I don't need to repair it at the dentist because I really don't want to pay what they tend to charge for things like that.
