found one of my toy idea sketches in the labs buried under like 30 pages of mostly crap, I might work on creating a 3D model for it since it seems to have gotten mostly positive support before being forgotten and buried under 30 pages of mostly crap

 

Yeah, while the BD Labs thing did yield some positive results, it's sad how much favoritism happens in some cases, and how often good designs are forgotten entirely if they don't win.

 

when people vote for someone's shit just because they have a lot of popularity on the forums. given enough time I may someday get a little 3D printer unit capable of making dick sized objects, from there it's just polishing off the layer lines and casting a mold and using a little vacuum cabinet to remove any air bubbles that may get in during the pour, similar process as casting resins or other materials

also it seems 90% of the time it comes down to having good modeling skills, there are some good ideas that with a little polish could make awesome toys, but the models look like shit in the thumbnail when the sketches look much better

 

I would like a lot of us get together and build our own company.

I bring the ability to obsessively reasearch the shit out of a manufacturing process or technique and the ability to learn how to do almost anything faster than most people, also an interest in design, engineering and manufacturing

a lot of it looks like it was designed to be more cinematic than for maximum efficiency, but still, a lot of fine tuned engineering and machine design
