I just sold two prints of my drawings. First ever. Felt pretty exciting.

 

My perception of Canada is permanent winter/chilly weather, mountains, forests, wood huts, men with beards and moose.

Plenty of room here in Florid, so long as you avoid the escaped mental patients, alligators, and wrong way drivers.

@Misskin : I'd keep my distance from him. Don't shut him out outright, but leave yourself open to talk. The other girls may just be the territorial type (I've dealt with those types).

 

@Misskin I'm going to go with keep your distance. He may, like me, have issues with recognizing the concepts of relationship boundaries (though I've come to the conclusion that I can't mono without making myself suffer, so I'm honest and understanding about my polyamory). However as GuyStripes said, it's possible that they're territorial (another reason I have issues with monogamy!)

@AkaiKitsune I can't really vouch for Texas unless you make Dallas or Austin your destination. Houston is polluted as fuck and the drivers are so bad my brother and I colloquially refer to crazy drivers as Houstonians, regardless of where they may be from. Most parts of Texas in general range from somewhat conservative to anti-progressive/liberal, depending on region and how far out in the country you are.

Dallas, on the other hand, is generally regarded as Texas' LGBTQ hub, and Austin's OFFICIAL motto is "Keep Austin Weird".

This may be extreme stereotyping, but Texas is probably one of the last places on Earth I would ever even step foot in.

 

@Rassandra Gendal : Yes, I know. We have some here in Florida. Granted they're mainly in south Florida.

 

Nothing seems to be going right for my mom...she just had a breakdown over the fact that her contractor fucked her over multiple times...I'm very much done with this past couple of weeks...

 

I don't blame you. Would really prefer to be in Denver, assuming I had an actual living situation. Preferably not in the same area as my ex. Walking the streets getting what labor service assignments came along, and sleeping+eating on charity between chance work, was very much a pain. On the other hand, the couple of $50 (per 8-10 hour shift) paychecks I got through my own hard effort made it the best month of my life from the perspective of achieving things...

On a shadier note, I was also a carpet smuggler for a day of that month. I felt terrible doing it, but I think the worst part was how convincing I was. That or customer service clerks at Home Depot don't do their job well.

 

Thinking of getting a tattoo while I'm at home, but I can't seem to find the right artist. A friend of mine might know, so I've asked him.

 

Well I am just going to wish everybody a HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVE as well as a MERRY CHRISTMAS! Seeing as we will all probably be slightly unsociable due to either eating to much and sleeping it off. Drink related incidents or being banned from Internet access due to it being family time no technology allowed.

On another note @Misskin this guy though you may have had some good times with him. But from an outsiders view he seems to know how to keep his love interests around. With a little sweet talk and gestures. But that would be no skin of his nose to do if he's got plenty of other girls to fall back on. Like if he upsets girl number 1 he can just chill with girl number 2 until number 1 has calmed down a bit and he can just sweet talk her to get what he wants in the end.

Was walking to a bus after a play date, an extremely pretty girl saw me coming and started to smile. I tried not to notice, I just spent 14 hours in the arms and lap of a sexy guy after all. But she kept smiling at me as I got closer, and I started to smile back. I didn't know what to say or do so I just smiled on past her. The sustained eye contact was magical.

I'm never going to see her again.

 

Aw man, I also want pretty girls to smile at me at the bus stop.
