Looking at what I could find on Gamestops website, doesn't look like they sell PC discs anymore. You can still buy a download code instore.

That'll work. My laptop doesn't have an internal disc reader anyway (had to buy an external one).

While I used to have good experience with Gamestop, I also always used to browse older generation titles from them in store. You know, Gamecube, XBOX, and PS2 games back when everyone was raving about Wii, Xbox 360, and PS3....and last I checked, Gamestop no longer accepts or offers games for those systems.

The last time I went there, was to get Metroid Prime 3, however despite being shrink wrapped and "new" the disc clearly had some kind of issue as two different Wii consoles both announced the disc was unreadable at the same point in the first level. The free warranty replacement did the same at a different point in the same level....after that they refused to replace or refund it since it was "clearly" my fault, and at that point I wasn't interested in trying to buy a new disc.

    "I'm not saying it's Gamestop...."

I was thinking a wiiu as it has games I can play with others online with. Plus it has the xenoblade game and @Poster Nutbag will want to play Smash bros on something with decent connection. As long as I don't have to pay double for online use I'll get it.

I can totally understand. There are a few things I want or need to buy. But a new game console would be nice. I would like a graphics tablet to do commissions but even that's tricky seeing as my computer components are acting up and shutting down my PC every now and then.

Ah yes, getting the computer fixed would be most optimal.
But yeah a new gaming console sounds nice.

Depression over my apparent inability to do anything beyond cooking and cleaning (which I enjoy cooking and cleaning, but I want to make things!) hit me pretty hard today. As a result, I've rediscoved that apparently self-medicating with music works well when your emotions are pretty sensitive to auditory stimulation.

Drum & Bass is LITERALLY my drug right now, when I can get any mobile data signal since the satellite data is out, and when mom isn't being passive-agressive about how she thinks of me (which isn't a very positive view at all, I should add).

In other news, as much as I've had good experience with Boost Mobile's (AKA Sprint's) service, it's very......weak out here in Mineola, and I'd like to get something OTHER than a Samsung that I can't afford, or an HTC/Kyocera that nearly wants to break in a year or less. Sadly they will not accept any phone other than what they offer, so after looking starry-eyed at some of the models by BLU and realizing a good device that hopefully will last more than 10 months is within my budget, T-Mobile is looking a bit tempting.....any user experience advice on that?

I've noticed that while getting the same amount of data from T-Mobile as I am from Boost is more expensive, Boost DOESN'T roll any unused data over at the end of the month, and apparently T-Mobile will roll up to 20GB of unused data as long as you're getting their 6GB or 10GB plans. Considering their 6GB plan is the same as the 10GB Boost plan I have right now, and I use most of it on some months but little on others, it looks more efficient.

Had an interesting day. Managed to mow a good portion of the yard but still have a lot to do including the back.
I also discovered that a dear friend of mine had a pretty big crush on me...curious to see if she still feels that way but I highly doubt it.
