Stressed about going to work today. It's bound to be busy now that everyone is getting out of the holiday spirit.

I've heard Canada has much better health care than the US in most parts. Hopefully less pill-pushing in exchange for "gift checks", and more actual solutions. Shame they're much tighter on immigration, because as much as I love a certain Canadian Kitsune I've found myself stuck to, I can't really bring myself to use him to get in (per my understanding of Canada's immigration laws, I don't have marketable skills, so that would only leave marriage of an existing citizen, and that's just....I can't describe how that makes me feel. Plus I believe in commitment over a contract anyways.)

Hello Cancel! I'm sorry to hear you're having a rough time with sleep cycles and work; I know exactly what you mean. Mine is more often than not flipped on it's head, which USUALLY seems to do me a lot of good; best time for me being to wake up at 1AM or so, flip on a dim yellow light or light a candle, brew a cup of coffee or tea, feel the cool night air and hear the soft ambient sounds, play some uplifting but not too loud trance/house and get things done. Unfortunately, it rarely works well on grocery day with the rest of the household, or whenever an appointment or outing/event is planned.
