It's been a light day today, and we actually have temps helping today.

See I'd be in the same situation of spending more money than I should if it wasn't for the fact that my mother would have my ass on a rusty platter when she found out...

 

Heh, boyfriend didn't know what "cabin fever" was and I had to explain it to him. Reminds me of when we were talking about livestock and he said "Are chickens cattle?"

Course, I don't remember much Spanish so he's way ahead of me there XD

Well today was a productive day.
Got out a couple of applications and sent out important emails and hopefully I'll hear something from somebody.

 

Come down to my city, my job place is always hiring. You get to drive luxury and sports cars, and get paid for it.

 

WHAT!?

 

Yeah, part of my job description: "Perform road test diagnostics"

When a customer comes in to get their vehicle serviced, and the problem can't be reproduced in the shop. Myself or one of my porters takes a technician out for a test drive. They plug their computer into the car's system, we go out on the road to drive around while the technician's computer collects data and any error codes.

 

Now that sounds like a too good to be true kind of job.

 

no, a too-good-to-be-true job is one that pays you to play video games, whether on YouTube or at a gaming company.

 

I kid you not.

EDIT: You just have to be at least 21 and know how to drive a manual transmission.

Work is still kicking my ass this week. halp

 

As far as duties?

-Clean customer vehicles
-Assist service advisors
-Deliver customer vehicles to different departments (Detail, Alignment, Motorsports, etc.)
-Perform valet service

There's a ton more, but I don't have the list on me. Your job would essentially be making sure the vehicle is repaired, clean, and safe until the customer comes to pick it up.

What happens when you're a stickler for logic, even in the realms of sexual fantasy, and you love story?

You start typing out an attempt as to why, from a scientific, biological and evolutionary standpoint, a bipedal dragon would have tits, and why they would make milk, and how it wouldn't result in serious pain for the parent. All because I have a huge thing for lactation. -~-;

On the other hand I've got "No bird tits unless non-avian species and genetic modification technology is present." in my notes now.

 

Holy shoot I got a response to my email and I may have an internship at a local recording studio in town!
