What Is On Your Mind?

That's the thing, I've only handed in 1 application in person, all the others have been online applications.
Plus I live in the Bible Belt where they won't hire someone because of your race or religious affiliation (even though I know for a fact that they follow an Equal Opportunity Policy, I've seen some people get denied jobs that way), despite having met all their criteria.
I need to get out of here but I'm not financially stable enough to move, so I'm literally stuck.

 

There is a law for that, too bad it's not enforced where it's really needed.

If you can hack warehouse work for more than 5 weeks at a time, you're a stronger and more persistent person than me. I'm not sure if there's any where you are, but administration work is alright too, as long as you don't mind that you might work with a member of public sometimes albeit usually for simpler things than in CS or retail.

 

Yeah, personally I haven't encountered that myself but I'm sure it happens more often than not.
Either way I'm not in the best state for finding any sort of job.

On a lighter note, there's a new... documentary? I'm not sure what they're calling it. But CNN has a new documentary titled "Sunshine Superman," and it's all about this guy who I guess started the whole sport of B.A.S.E. jumping, and I think wingsuit flying as well.

I am very interested in watching it whenever it's aired.
